Good learning should help people feel confident rather than overwhelmed. For more than 20 years, that belief has guided my work across higher education and digital learning, during which I’ve created practical, thoughtful learning experiences for students, faculty, and workplace teams.

At the centre of my work is a deep care for learner experience. I believe training should feel clear, approachable, and respectful of people’s time, especially when they are already managing busy and demanding work. My approach is grounded in simplicity and usability, with a focus on helping people make sense of complex information in ways that feel natural and meaningful. 

I enjoy creating interactive eLearning, onboarding materials, faculty resources, and animated training content, but I value just as much the collaboration and careful thinking that shape strong learning experiences behind the scenes.
